IT Support for the Way Goshen Works
Goshen is a manufacturing town with a college and a downtown people drive to visit. Manufacturing is the largest employer by a wide margin — RV and trailer makers like Keystone, Dutchmen and Forest River, long-time names like Supreme, and dozens of component and cabinetry shops — with Goshen Health and Goshen College behind them. The red-brick downtown holds the professional offices, shops and restaurants, and out past the city limits toward Nappanee and Middlebury are the Amish-country manufacturers, builders and small plants that run on a mix of modern equipment and no-nonsense attitudes about spending.
What that means on service calls: plants with equipment that predates the office network; rural addresses where the internet choice is one provider or a cellular backup; downtown offices with thick walls and limited wiring options; practices near the hospital campus that need HIPAA handled quietly; and owners who want a straight answer and a flat price. Since 2011 we've worked Elkhart County from the south end, and our technicians are in Goshen most weeks.
