Who This Is For

Any business in South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Goshen, Plymouth or Northern Indiana with employees who use email — which is every business — and particularly those whose cyber-insurance application, HIPAA program, CMMC plan or FTC Safeguards obligation requires documented training. Dealerships, practices, manufacturers, nonprofits, professional firms, local government: the scam emails don't discriminate, and the people who handle payments are the ones who matter most.

The Problem: Every Filter Lets Something Through

Email security has improved enormously, and attackers have adapted. The messages that reach an inbox today are no longer misspelled requests from a prince; they are a vendor's "updated banking details," a shared-document link that opens a perfect copy of the Microsoft sign-in page, a text from "the owner" asking for gift cards for the staff. They are designed to be clicked by a busy, well-meaning person, and the technical defenses can't tell a convincing email from a real one. The person can — if someone has shown them what to look for, recently, in a form that resembles what they'll actually receive. That is what this program does, and it is why carriers and compliance frameworks now require it.

What's Included

Short monthly lessons

Five minutes, one topic, delivered by email — phishing, passwords and MFA, safe file sharing, working from home, social engineering by phone. Plain language, no jargon.

Simulated phishing

Realistic test emails modeled on what Northern Indiana businesses actually receive. A click leads to a short lesson on the spot. Results tracked over time, individuals never shamed.

New-hire onboarding

A 20-minute session for every new employee — because new staff are the most-targeted and least-prepared people in the building.

Finance and HR focus

Extra training and a simple call-back verification procedure for anyone who can change bank details, approve a wire or alter payroll — the controls that stop business-email-compromise losses.

Compliance-ready records

Completion by person and date, simulation results, and policy acknowledgments — the evidence your insurer, HIPAA, CMMC or the Safeguards Rule asks for.

Management reporting

A quarterly summary: completion, click and report rates, trend, and where to focus. In one page.

How It Starts

  1. Baseline. A first simulated phish before any training, so you know your real starting point.
  2. Announce it. Staff are told a program is starting — openly, as protection for them as much as for the company.
  3. Kickoff session. Twenty minutes, in person or on a call, with the scams currently hitting businesses like yours.
  4. Monthly rhythm. Lesson, simulation, immediate feedback. Finance and HR get their extra module.
  5. Quarterly report. Progress, trend, and records filed for compliance and insurance.

Pricing

Priced per user per month and included in our managed IT agreements. Also available on its own for businesses with another IT provider that need the training and records for insurance or compliance.
